CANCELLATION POLICY
• Appointment Reservations: All services are by appointment only. To secure your preferred time and service, we recommend booking in advance. • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service length, and the full service fee will still apply. • Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.
